First introduced internationally in 1965, the Hagstrom Viking has been a symbol of versatility, tonal clarity, and striking aesthetics, now reimagined in this exclusive anniversary edition, limited to just 100 individually numbered pieces offered worldwide.

This remarkable Viking is a fusion of classic craftsmanship and premium modern enhancements. Hand‑selected Canadian Flame Maple forms the semi‑hollow body, delivering the signature warmth and resonance the Viking is known for. The Hagstrom Resinator™ fretboard, celebrated for its stability and balanced tonal response, now features an exclusive Ragnarök serpent inlay, symbolising both tradition and transformation.

To commemorate this milestone, we’ve equipped the 100th Anniversary Viking with specially designed Hagstrom Custom 58 Pro AlNiCo 5 Humbucking pickups in gold, developed to provide enhanced warmth, exceptional clarity, and a touch of grit in the highs and mids—perfect for expressive blues, articulate jazz, or searing rock leads.

Adding to its refined elegance, this Viking features gold Gotoh hardware, including precision Gotoh tuners, a Gotoh TOM bridge, and a custom‑designed Gotoh Stop Tailpiece, offering unparalleled tuning stability, response, and sustain. Onstage security is ensured with Gotoh Locking Strap Pins, also finished in gold.
