Adobe Acrobat PDF Files
Occasionally some downloadable content on the Rosetti website is encoded in Adobe Acrobat PDF format, to open and read these files the free Adobe Reader is required. This can be downloaded free from the link below:
Microsoft Excel and Word Files
Occasionally some downloadable content on the Rosetti website is saved in Microsoft Excel or Word format, to open and read these files you need a licensed copy of Microsoft Office.
Alternatively the free Open-Office suite is also able to open these file types, this can be downloaded free of charge here.
Zip Files
Occasionally some downloadable content on the Rosetti website is compressed in Zip format. Most recent operating systems such as Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Mac OS X are able to open zip files natively. If you do require a Zip program you can download the free 7Zip application here.

Orders
Placing an order with Rosetti is easy. For more information on how our ordering system works please click here.
To cancel or amend an order please contact the Rosetti Sales office on 01376 550033 or email orders@rosetti.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched we should be able to cancel, amend and where necessary refund you where applicable.
If you receive notification that your credit or debit card has been declined, you must contact the bank that issued the card to find out why. Please note that only your bank can tell you why your card has been declined.
If you have any difficulties in making an order on-line you may alternatively place your order over the phone by contacting the Rosetti Sales office on 01376 550033 during opening hours.
